Shri Mohd.
Seraj Ansari
Chairman
Friends,
it is a matter of great privilege for me, as I stand
before the society as the Founder & Chairman/President
of the All India Momin Ansar Welfare Society - AIMAWS,
the AIMAWS has been formed and started its activities
since 28th of July 1990 from Faizabad state of Uttar
Pradesh, India, and finally its headquarter's office
has been shifted to Lucknow the capital of Uttar Pradesh.
I consider myself singularly fortunate that the honour
of presiding over the Golden Meet of our Ithepo should
be bestowed on me.
I
feel extremely humbled, it is a proud moment for all
of us that Ithepo is the first Export Promotion Organization
in India is going to take responsibility to promote
exports possibilities throughout the world for textiles,
handicrafts and handlooms exports products from the
country, which they are struggling hard to get market
in the world and reasonable price of the products
and change to get good labour cost of weavers from
suppliers, manufactures or related to the industry.
Economic
Scenario of the society:
The
Indian Economy has performed reasonably well in year
by year, but, it is unfortunate that the momin ansari
community is involved in exports and domestic businesses
like; textiles, and handicrafts, garments, carpets,
apparels etc. and many other industries, which effects
Indian Economy, but our comunnity is not getting self
respects, governments attention, economic reformations,
global exposures, technogical collaboration in the
industry, research & development in the industry,
better education, financial help etc., etc., to the
society, while these community is fully dedicated
to the nation and working for the nation economy.
Our community can do the best of its ability if they
get more and more facilities from the government and
its allied departments as the other industry peoples
are getting from the governments, and its allied departments,
the AIMAWS is found that the backwardness of the society
and these industries are lacking with good education,
which is giving negative effects amongst to the society,
otherwise, it can become a very important role amongst
the society and industry.
The AIMAWS has its commitment to give them opportunity
to get better education, self-respects, better life
by implementing all aims and objectives of the society
by all means as soon as possible. so that they can
make a place in the country as well as global market,
which also benefits our country's economy.
The time has now come to act on the available information
and focus on a dynamic implementation strategy so
that India can benefit from the emerging free trade
regime in the textiles, handicrafts and handlooms
exports and clothing sector and gain its rightful
place under the sun.
Acknowledgements:
Before
I conclude, let me take this opportunity to place
on record my sincere thanks on behalf of the Ithepo
and members of the Committee of Administration society
for their unstinted support and guidance through various
policy initiatives to make the sector vibrant.
Thank
you. |
